How can a required cash amount be matched to a quote?
Separate the money needed for the purchase from the amount stated as borrowed.
Charges deducted or funded within the loan can change what becomes available.
Request the disbursement breakdown before accepting a quote that appears to meet the need. Comparing equal principal amounts is insufficient if the usable proceeds differ.
